Please be advised that as of November 15,2025, WTCPUA moved to Stage 1 watering restrictions. What this means for our customers:

• Outdoor watering hours will be limited to 6:00 a.m to 10 a.m and 7 p.m to 10 p.m. on designated days.
  

  Watering days for addresses ending in:

  0,1,2,3  Monday and Thursday

  4,5,6     Tuesday and Friday 

  7,8,9      Wednesday and Saturday 

  Commercial properties and HOA: Tuesday and Friday

  No Watering on Sunday 

• Please also keep in mind:
• Use water-efficient and drought-tolerant plants.
• Add mulch to landscapes and compost to turf to help prevent water loss.
• Cover swimming pools when not in use.
• Reduce water waste inside the house by turning off water when it’s not needed.

Barton Creek West WSC resident

On Wednesday February 11, 2026 utility crew will be shutting off water to your residence to effect repairs to the water main at 3108 Creeks Edge Parkway. This shut-out will start at 9:00 am. Residential addresses that will be affected are 2724 Creeks Edge Parkway to 3108 Creeks Edge Parkway. Once repairs are completed and water service is restored your water will be under a BOIL WATER NOTICE until testing is completed and water is safe to drink.
