WATER RATE INCREASE

Monthly Water Service and Volumetric Fees have been held constant since January 1, 2013.  After review of our current costs and capital expenses, the board of directors has unanimously approved a rate increase that goes into effect June 1st, 2025.

Here are the details of the new rates.

Base Fee: The standard monthly residential connection fee is being increased from $20.60 to $22.00.

Volumetric Fee: Charges based on water usage are as follows:

  • 0 to 10,000 gallons raised from $3.54 to $4.25 per 1000 gallons
  • 10,001 to 25,000 gallons from $3.79 to $4.55per 1000 gallons
  • 25,001 to 40,000 gallons from $4.04 to $5.66 per 1000 gallons
  • 40,001 to 100,000 gallons from $4.44 to $8.00 per 1000 gallons
  • More than 100,001 gallons from $5.44 to $15.00per 1000 gallons
