Wastewater averaging period has started! Water use during December, January, and February is used to set your wastewater (sewer) rate for the next year. These months typically have the lowest water use, since most households reduce irrigation and other outdoor watering. Limiting outdoor water use during this period helps keep your winter average low and ensures the best possible fixed wastewater fee.
